I came to the valley in 1982 as a Community Director for Apartment Communities and managed communities for over 5 years. I did everything from over seeing the restoration of old pre-existing communities to Opening a new community in 1986 that was 400+ units.
In 1986 I also took my real estate sales license education and in 1987 got my License. I practieced Real Estate Sales, taught "Home Buying 101" at American Scene Real Estate for over 7 years before I opened Caruso & Associates in January 1995. We have grown over the years to 25 Agents - 2 of which are Associate Brokers.
We also offer a Property Management Division, Patty Johnson is our Financial Director and my partner in this aspect of the business.
